Ok — I’ve made some purchases here along the way and NOPE — it is NOT the cheapest place to be found. However, the knowledge that this staff has in unprecedented. They are not just there for the quick sale — they are there to make sure you know exactly what you are getting AND how to use it.
My last purchase was my Father’s Day gift — a Stihl chainsaw! It wasn’t that I had never used one before, but they made sure I knew how to use this one. They didn’t stop there either — they filled it up — got it running and explained how to change the air filter — how to clean the air filter — how to use the «Easy» start — how to change the bar, chain and put it all back together. They explained everything so carefully to me — even picking up a few expert tips on how to cut down a tree. Amazing guys here and they actually make you feel like you are part of the family!
The prices may be a bit high, but for what I bought — I know I got the best deal around and know they stand 100% behind everything they sell.
There is never a parking issue — they take credit cards — if they don’t have it they can get it for you! My review is only about the purchasing end of things though — I only know about their repair second hand so will not comment other then that I’ve never heard about complaints. I just haven’t had to bring anything back for repairs!
If you want the best chainsaw on the market — see them and if you want the best leaf blower — talk to them about the debris remover — it’s awesome — even blows away dog poop!
It might be a bit further away then you wanted to go, but trust me — these guys are serious!

Good quality repairs but make sure you clearly request they call you with an estimate before they start the work. I took a riding mower in that had a battery problem. I also asked for a routine tune up and blade sharpening. They charged me $ 425 !!! That included $ 285 of labor charges most related to taking the engine apart to clear out a mouse nest, three hours of labor. They reduced the charge by $ 50 after I argued they should have called me. They said they only call if specifically requested in advance
