Went there to buy paint for repainting my upstairs bedrooms. The lighting in the paint area was horrible — yellowish… Gave up selecting the colors after 20 minutes of frustration. In the same 20 minutes, no one came to ask me if I needed help.

There store is usually nice and clean. There customer service is good not great but better then most. They are alittle more expensive then some other stores. They do deliver to you though if you cant pick up your items.

Nothing consistent here at all — except lack of consistency.
There is plenty of parking, but be careful where you park as you might end up checking out at the opposite end of the store as where you parked. On a nice day this is not a problem — on a rainy day — you get wet!
The staff here are sketchy — by that I mean — sometimes you get someone who knows their name and other times you get stuck with someone who didn’t even realize they were at work! There use to be an excellent guy in the garden selection, not the kids working back there don’t know anything about plants — don’t ask!
Though there is a wide selection of almost everything — sometimes finding it in this store is troublesome. They have an entire isle of cleaning supplies, but the one thing you won’t find there — not even next to toilet bowl cleaner is Drainer or anything to unplug a drain — no — that’s in isle 8 six isles away — ingenious if you ask me.
Some of their clearance items are more expensive then any where else. Pricing is a game it seems at this store.
Returns however are very easy and they NEVER give you a hard time. You don’t even need your receipt if you used your Home Depot credit card! There is always a special running that allows you to pay in 3 months, 6 months or more depending on how much you spend — so make sure you check that out and use your HD credit card!
Today’s plant selection was poor though and very disappointing — tomorrow it’s a trip to the greenhouse for sure!

So anyway, good people, you’ll find some regulars who have been there a long time. then you’ll find some hobos who will only last a week. if you don’t like the person who is helping you, just say no thanks i don’t need any help. a different employee will hone in on you in 30 seconds and ask you if you need help.
