You know that this cracker barrell is a lot like the rest. I rarely have complaints about the food, the service is not bad. My only knock here though is the service. Even with the place half full they are still terribly slow, have time if your going in there, otherwise its good.

On our way to Georgia from New Jersey. Needed something to wake us up to keep us on our journey. The manager greeted us very cheerfully. We had no wait and were seated quickly. Our waitress, Debra, was the most attentive! Our breakfast dishes came out within minutes, everything tasted fresh, delicious and hot! Thanks to Debra, our coffee cups were kept filled, and she made sure to check regularly if we needed anything. Such a lovely Cracker Barrel to stop at during our long journey. Thank you to all the happy smiling staff.

Wanted to get in my last fill of the South as I drove back up north. This is the south. You will be greeted with smiles over and over again. Be prepared if you are a cranky thing like me. I love shoving grits, green beans and biscuits in my mouth at Cracker Barrel. I am going to miss all the carbs.

I may be biased because anytime I travel in the south, I tend to eat at their conveniently located highway-side locations. I thoroughly enjoy that you can eat breakfast anytime, they provide you real maple syrup, and if you want something more hearty you can order chicken, steak, and potatoes.

I may eat here again, but only when it’s not busy. My husband and I ate here on a Sunday after church, and were seriously tempted to walk out. His chicken fried chicken was served raw, and it took about 5 minutes to get someone’s attention to send it back. When a new one was brought out they had left off his side item. We also never got the cornbread we were promised. We saw 3 different managers lingering around the kitchen, so it was surprising that it was such a mess!

We’ve eaten at multiple locations and it’s usually pretty good but we had an awful experience tonight. They were out of such of stuff and our waitress was clearly stressed out and not very personable. They were out of chicken fried steak. So I ordered the«oven fried» chicken and it was dry as a bone. And ordered the fruit as a side which she didn’t tell me they were out of until she brought my chicken and mixed veggies which was just broccoli and cauliflower. My mom wanted the meatloaf but since they were out of that she settled for chicken n dumplings which were lukewarm. And they were out of lemons for the drinks! And the restaurant smelled like a dirty bathroom! We will definitely never return to this location.

Good tasting food right off the interstate. Inexpensive with a variety of selections. Server was courteous as well as the manager. Very friendly atmosphere. Food came out quick and the wait time to sit was minute. Will eat there again when traveling

Slowest Cracker Barrel on the planet. My order was poorly prepared after waiting an excessive time. The Eggs ordered over easy were medium to hard, the rest was Luke warm. The manager came by and I related the information about the meal and he seemed unconcerned. My waitress was virtually nonexistent. Still a fan of CB, just not this one.

The food was very good and delicious. The house salad was well prepared, the shrimp and fish were perfect, and the chicken and dumplings were great. Everything was accurately priced, and everything seems like it comes with 3 vegetable sides. Our«Rising Star» server Melanie was very professional, gracious, and adept with serving us and was a pleasure to talk to.

We stopped in at 6:15PM today for dinner and was quickly seated in the almost full restaurant. Our order was taken within a couple of minutes and we started waiting. Another table of 7 arrived after us and orders were taken. More tables were seated behind us and orders taken. Around 6:35 the table of 7 were served along with several other who came in after us. We flagged our server who said the reason for the wait was due to mashed potatoes not being ready AND my fish(Friday special) was just being started. We waited another 10 minutes, called her over AGAIN to let her know we were leaving and wanted to pay for our drinks. We are local and have been there during Thanksgiving and got MUCH better service.

The grits were real good with the usual butter and salt. Eggs were scrambled soft just right. Pancakes were a bit inconsistent with 3 orders, but not bad at all with their syrup. Would definitely try another Cracker Barrel again. The waitress and staff were real nice. Gonna watch My Cousin Vinnie when I get home.

Had a great experience. We really enjoy Cracker Barrel. My wife had the chicken and dumplings which came with enough sides to share with the whole family. I had the country chef salad which was amazing. Service was wonderful as well.

Excellent lunch. The place is a little bit average on the crowd whenever we come, but the food comes pretty fast. You also have the gift shop to keep you occupied:) The staff is friendly, warming and welcoming. Defiantly THE place to stop by.

Decided not to eat the Continental breakfast in my hotel and try Cracker Barrel. I arrived at 0700 and got seated right away. 10m later my waitress showed up and took my order. I ordered french toast, bacon and a water. The food arrived fairly quickly(8m) and then it became a ghost town. 7m after the food showed my waitress arrived asking how was every thing, I did not get syrup to go with the food so I asked for it. I did notice a local guy that the waitstaff all seemed to know got much better service. I was one of 10 guest in the whole place. Swing and a miss.

Being an ova/lacto vegetarian is always fun in southern restaurants. Luckily the grilled catfish with sweet potats, fried apples and fried okra was very good. Our server Zach was upbeat and quick. Clean, warm and quick checkout.

I had high hopes for a good breakfast(and dinner) when I discovered this place just a ½ mile from my hotel. Unfortunately, both meals I had there were disappointing. I had attentive service from the waitstaff, and the front-end Country Store was as nice as any I had seen in other Cracker Barrel locations. But somebody needs to have a serious talk with the chef(s) in the kitchen. The breakfast was just plain not very good — the ham was tough and overly salty, the grits were akin to wallpaper paste, the gravy had no flavor, the sausage patty was overcooked, and the cheesy hashbrowns were burnt on top and dried-out all over. So I decided to give them another try at dinner, and ordered the chicken dumplings with corn and carrots. The corn and carrots were OK, but the main dish was very disappointing — two pieces of chicken were swimming in a tasteless sauce with tasteless dumplings floating in it. My waitress was as nice and efficient as she could possibly be, but the food just plain sucked. Momma warned me there’d be days like this…

The breakfast is the same as it is at every Cracker Barrel, though for some reason ours took a solid 35 minutes to find its way out of the kitchen to our table. Ouch.

The food is good and the service is good for the most part. Don’t try this CB for lunch if you don’t want to be late getting back to work. For some reason service is extra slow during the midday rush.
