Horrible customer service. I called the general rental number who connected me to this place via 3 way call. The first time she put me through, no one answered. The second time, a man answered, said he would check for a car ‘real quick’ put me on hold for 10 minutes, then disconnected the line– even the customer service rep on hold with me was confused as to why he did that. When she reconnected me to the place, the same man answered and immediately put me on hold for another 15 minutes, during which I had to awkwardly discuss how terrible the service here was with the representative. I would say good luck.
