Great business, great people! They have fixed my shattered iPhone screen and fixed an internal issue. Both times I was satisfied. They were quick about it and did an outstanding job!!! They are very helpful and nice! Highly recommend going here!!!

I wish I could give them zero stars, but that isn’t an option. I ordered a battery for my laptop (and paid for it) after being told it would arrive in 3 – 5 days. Nine days later, I sent a text, asking for an update. I was ignored. I called 3 hours later and was told that it hadn’t arrived and they didn’t know when it would. I asked for a refund. I was told it would take 72 hours to show in my bank account (I had used my debit card). I patiently waited 6 days (double the promised time), but still no refund. I called and was told that it had been given to the manager, but he hadn’t made a decision yet. Decision??? I paid for something I didn’t receive. No decision needed to be made. I asked to speak to him, but he wasn’t in the office and they didn’t know when he would be. I had to dispute the charge with my bank in order to get my money back. Avoid this place!
