if you are looking for a company to do your plowing and snow removal, keep looking!!! We have had several issues with this company over the past few years. I don’t know if its because of all the snow we have had that they cant keep up, or if the help that has been hired is completely careless, and clueless. My 8 yr old has fallen several times (including this morning) in the parking lot because the area was not plowed properly and the sanding was either so poor or completely non existent!!! Running your truck around in a loop is not considered «snow removal» especially when there are multiple parking spaces that are empty or several residence have come out to move their cars expecting areas to be plowed. As an owner of my unit, I might as well throw money out the window. This will certainly be brought up at our next association meeting.
I’m at the point where I feel I need to shovel my own space out so that its safe for my family to get into our car.
If you are looking for someone who has pride in their work and your safety in mind this is not the company for you. Keep looking!!!
