I am very disappointed in the service received on my order. The first order delivered on June 8th was not correct. All of this was suppose to be a pleasant surprise for my daughter’s birthday and something she could take with her on her trip to snack on. Since the first box had pineapple and something with coconut on it, she gave it away to her co-​workers. A second order was delivered on Monday, June 13th. The birthday trio box I requested originally was correct this time, but the extra box which I was told would be dipped strawberries, was not. It was bananas and apples. I cannot believe the second order was wrong as well. I have used other edible arrangement stores and never had a problem. I can assure you I will not use this store ever again.

My daughter ordered from here for Mothers Day and not only was it not delivered on that day but I had to keep calling the next day until they delivered which was late in the evening! Epic fail.

Fruit was soured by the time my recipient received it. I called the store a little over 2 hours before I knew she was leaving the house. They said they would call the driver and let him know.. . No delivery by the time she left, which is now no surprise. She finally got it at 8 that evening. I am sure it soured from being in the delivery car all day. I did get a refund, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of one. All the store said when I reminded them that I called the previous day to inform them of her schedule is that they don’t guarantee delivery times. If you live in Dunwoody and want to order from Edible Arrangements, do yourself a favor and choose another location like Roswell.

I love edible arrangements but this store is sub par. My husband has ordered arrangements for me twice from this store and both times I was unimpressed with the quality. He has ordered from several other stores before and I’m always amazed at how awesome they are! This location has let us down twice and we won’t be spending any more money here.
I even left a comment/​feedback on the corporate site which then was sent to the store directly. They called me to try to explain and resolve and I still wasn’t thrilled with the response. I really didn’t want any excuses from them, just some yummy high quality fruit like we’ve come to expect!
Definitely get Edible Arrangements, just get them from a different location :)

Fail! Store hours say open from 1000a-​300p on Sundays, but they are definitely closed. Sign needs to be changed immediately. Would’ve been an awesome gift… ah well.

Omg they screwed up my order! I was offered no discount and it took forever to correct, the chocolate barely sat there to firm so my arrangement melted before i could even get it home. I was very disappointed! The only thing that saved this place was the lady was nice. Only saving grace for this place

I ordered an Edible Arrangement for my CT’s birthday earlier this month, and ordered it a few hours before I needed it. Thankfully, they were able to process my online order and had it ready by the pick up time that I had asked for. I opted out of the delivery option because I knew I wanted to deliver it myself.
CT LOVED it and was beyond surprise to have received an edible arrangement from me. :) I think she was more so surprised that I remembered her birthday lol.
It’s a great gift idea for any occasion so I highly recommend.
