Great neighborhood location and wonderful customer service. Dealt with Matt both times I rented from Enterprise but all of the guys were polite, helpful and fun. Would definitely rent from this location again!

Made a reservation online 3 days in advance, agent called back within 30 mins to confirm and told me to call atleast 30 mins before reservation time for pickup.
My reservation was for 6 o’clock and i called them around 5:10 to schedule pickup. Agent told me all their drivers are out but they’ll call me when they come to pick me up. Waited till 5:45 but didn’t received any call, so i called back but no response. All car rentals closes at 6, so I couldn’t find another car rental. Thanks enterprise dunwoody for ruining my weekend plan.

I have been renting with enterprise for over 3 years and It has always been a pleasure. Customer service is always at its best there. Chad and his team are very professional and I will recommend enterprise car rental.

The customer service at the Dunwoody office (where I picked the car up) and at the East Cobb office (where I dropped it off) were very good however the condition of the vehicle I rented was NOT. There were stains all over the carpet and the interior was dirty as well. Not sure I will rent from Enterprise again is this is the norm. Terry Bridges

Enterprise is the only car rental I use for at least a decade. This location is the best, especially when they run their specials in the fall. I am as frugal as they come and promise you can’t find a better deal than the $ 9.99 weekend special. The vehicles are always latest model, in good condition. Service is always fast, they don’t waste your time. I’m in and out in 5 – 10 min. Drivers are always available to pick you up and drop you off. Staff is always kind, respectful and cordial. This is how you get customer loyalty.

Excellent service, Young man who picked me up was very nice and a safe driver in some crazy traffic. Tyler who rented me the car provided EXCELLENT customer service. Would give 5 stars except the car I rented hadn’t been washed when I picked it up.

I usually rent cars from their location off of Roswell Rd in Sandy Springs, but ended up getting a car at the Dunwoody office by sheer «slip of the finger» while reserving online. I would give them two stars due to 1) the original car they were going to rent to me smelled like a football team’s ahs, so at my request, they put me in a different car. 2) I had to take the second car back, because their was something wrong with it. Every time I pressed on the breaks, the car would make a loud rattling sound that would continue for as long as I pressed on it. The third car they rented to me was fine… finally…but they hadn’t cleaned it.
Were it not for the nice staff and sales guy who addressed each issue that I brought to his attention, I would have rated them 1 star.

I get a car here about 4 times a month. I’ve been doing that for about a year. They have picked me up quickly every time. Friendly drivers. Great staff, I’m in and out in no time. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is their selection is limited due to being a smaller branch. Other than that they are great.
