Overbilling — this company actually called police on my wife after she refused to pay an inflated invoice. Customer service unwilling to discuss. Called regarding home lockout at 2 am. Waited outside in the cold for over 2 hours. Ernesto Jaime arrived after 4 am. Unlocked the door which took about 30 seconds. Hands my wife an invoice itemized at $ 200 for lockout plus $ 35 for service call, then demands $ 285 from her. $ 235 was way too high, but $ 285 was clearly wrong even based on his own invoice. She refused to pay the inflated price. She called the dispatcher back and was told the maximum charge was $ 125. She told Ernesto that she would pay $ 125. He then called the police on her. The police come to my house at almost 5 am. The police basically mediated the dispute and my wife ultimately agreed to pay $ 175 just to get them to leave and so she could go to bed. I called the following morning to get a refund for the $ 50 overcharge and asked to speak to manager. Dispatcher said to standby, then came back on and said that she was the«manager» or «whoever she wanted to be» and that the matter was closed and she was not going to discuss it anymore. She was extremely rude and unwilling to consider the possibility that one of her employees tried to steal from a customer the night before. This is outright fraud.

I wish you could give a company zero stars. I consider one of the lowest forms of business practices, taking advantage of people when they are in a vulnerable position. Please do not use these people. They’re crooks who charged me $ 300 to open my home.
