Maintenance staff are great. Over priced Cheaply built Apartments. Dunwoody Gable side is a Dump! Just go see for yourself.

Worst Maintenance and Service. Water is dripping from roof of second floor. This is the third time I am facing this problem in last one year. I informed Leasing office twice (i.e. on 5⁄1 and 5⁄2) but no one came to fix the water dripping. I have to put a bucket at floor to save my carpet.
