I don’t know if I caught her on an off day, but she seemed very unhappy to be where she was. First she tells me I «got balls» to see her when I didn’t go through everything on her website. Then, when she asks me what I want, I tell her it’s for my wedding and that I want long and voluminous lashes and she cut me short by saying «ok.what else… you didn’t see my pictures online?» and then she tells me my eyelashes are sparse and short. That’s why I came to you, silly! I’ll give her 1 star for doing a good job on my lashes, but I would never come back. She didn’t say bye, thank you, or anything. I just kind of left after I asked her if that was all…“that’s all”.
I know there are some places in Duluth I’ve heard great things about. Maybe I’ll try them out next time. As for this place, I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

Loved my Brazilian waxing experience at Yael’s waxing studio. Yael was pleasant, easy to talk with, and very helpful. (At 9 month’s pregnant, I had trouble getting my pants back on without pain and she offered to help right away. THANK YOU!) The room was professional, clean, and comfortable. Waxing was easy and thorough.

I have been looking for someone to design my eyebrows for years. I was always scared to go to the regular waxing places because they don’t really take the time to shape my eyebrows, rather just waxing above and below quickly without too much thought. Ever since I found Yael, I can’t think of any other place I would EVER go to get my eyebrows done. She takes her time and treats me like a VIP every time I go. And, now I also get my eyelashes done. It’s the coolest thing and makes me feel so beautiful :) I highly recommend her services to anyone who is looking for a personal touch at a reasonable price!
