Domino’s Pizza

$ 21.00 to have a 12″ cardboard-​crust, crappy pizza delivered. I ordered a thin-​crust «Memphis bbq chicken» — this thing weighed absolutely nothing. If I hadn’t known (obviously) what I ordered, I would not have known what this funky, weirdly-​cut pizza was supposed to be. I give these guys a shot every so often (when I’ve forgotten how lousy the last pizza was), as I travel a great deal for my Navy job, and sometimes you’re just too tired to do anything but order pizza. This time for sure — NEVER AGAIN will I spend a dime on one of domino’s sh#%*y pizzas — better off at the vending machines buying Cheetos.

My wife and I had had a miscommunication and I ordered carry out an hour earlier than she was able to pick it up. When she went to pick up the pizzas they told her that they could remake them if she was willing to wait. When they were ready they gave her the original order plus the new pizzas they had just made for us. They could have just given us our pizzas that sat under the warmers. They went above and beyond our expectations. Very happy with this location’s customer service.

A standard in quality, service and taste. An easy go to for a quick delivered meal. The crunchy thin crust pepperoni and black olive is a staple for me!

It never seems to fail that our order is either wrong or they forgot items. I’ve have drivers have to come out 3 times. Today a pizza was delivered completely squished. With all the cheese stuck to the top of the pizza box. I have even had a delivery driver lie. Stating that when you order online additions like sauces don’t show up. But any other time I have ordered sauce we have received them. I will say that they do always fix the order right away. They are also very kind about it. I think they just need to get it together.

Great place. Manager Lindsey is awesome. They messed up my online order and put cheese on our entire pizza when we selected only half. But she called and gave us our next pizza on the house as long as I call ahead. And I’m pretty excited for next pizza Saturday.

Great customer service when I walked in: polite and quick to acknowledge me. My pizzas were ready at the time promised, in fact it was ready before the time promised.

Fast and convenient online ordering. Love the order tracking, which tells you what stage your pizza is in. I picked it up and paid at the store… no problem. Pizza is good and hot out of the oven… great. But, they are prone to forgetting the accessories. Make sure you ask for them… especially the ones you already paid for! I’m not about nickle-​and-​diming, but I don’t like paying for ranch and realizing when I get home that it’s not included.
Update: After seeing my online survey, they called and offered me some freebees on my next order. Glad to see they are willing to make things right.

I swear this is the worst dominos in the history of the franchise. I’ve ordered from them 3 times over the course of the last year and 3 times the order was messed up. 1^st time, they took 2 hours to deliver and I had to call and it got comped. 2^nd time, I ordered online and went to the store for pick up and witnessed a customer being told they couldn’t find their order only for it to be found in the warmer which I guess never gets used. (according to the girl working the counter). In the mean time, they forgot my wings and gave me a double size for making me wait an extra 10 minutes. Today, I purchased a pizza and wings and no blue cheese like I ordered. That’s not even counting it took an hour to deliver when I live only a 3 minute walk away. How am I supposed to enjoy my wings without blue cheese?

I went to this location during a stay at a hotel nearby. I inquired about coupons I found online over the phone but unfortunately, the gal did not have any knowledge of them. That is totally understandable though as I believe online Domino’s & franchise locations are separate entities. I just wished employees were equipped w/​SOME knowledge of the online transactions. Anyhow, that isn’t the girl’s fault. I was finally able to order online to pick up (they have much better deals online). The hotel I stayed at is only about 3 – 5 mins way from the location so it was convenient. The pizzas were also very good! However, the cashier forgo to remind me about my 2-​liter drink so I had to go back to pick it up as my family needed a drink! Other than that, it was an alright experience & I would order again at this location.

I come to dominos every sunday and sometimes Wednesdays sense I work close by its an easy spot to go l. Ever sense I first started coming Alex and Lindsey got to know me and have been more than amazing at customer service. Now it’s a fun time walking through the door were I know they’re going to instantly recognize me and talk to me. They always find me the best deals too! They talk to me like we’ve been friends for years and that’s a great feeling for a buisness. Great choice in hiring these two dominos!!!

The customer service here sucks and they always manage to give me the wrong pizza. The female manager is also extremely rude and does not listen she specifically always messes my order up.

Super easy to order online, fun progress watch so you know how quickly they are cranking your order out, very quick, and Yum. No issues thus far. Two Thumbs Up!

Website very detail oriented and yet easy to use, offers a lot of choices and self build options. You can go extra, regular or light on any/​all ingredients. I am surprise for the attention to details when the website was designed!
Pizza taste great, don’t get me wrong, I am a picky person too, I know it is not the best you could have, but consider the options offered by the website, the time it take from order to available for pick up, the quality of the food, I think they deserve a 5 star! I am sure there are a lot of places offer better quality food other there, but I feel so tire of waiting to be seated, then wait to place my order then wait for the food. This place is just awesome. From order place to finish eating at home … less than an hour. I will definitely go back for more when I have no time to cook again.

Now from what I’m use to a pizza should have cheese. Not the ones made here. Very disappointed. I got sauce and bacon.

Have always had good experiences here. Clean interior, fast ordering or delivery and my order has always been correct. Good carry out deals that are posted, so you don’t have to bring a coupon in.

Right next to Starbucks if that’s your thing! Free wi-​wi while you wait for take-​out? Yes please :)
I ordered take out and got a great price and a hot pizza exactly as I ordered! There’s nothing better then that to start with.
Customer service with a smile! This crew is doing an awesome job and it shows. It’s great when a person likes what they do!

I can’t believe this branch is rated this high. I mean, seriously? There have been just four times that I have ordered delivery from this branch (I wouldn’t have ordered after the second time if this hadn’t been the only pizza place in DuPont). The quality of the pizza steadily went down, until the fourth time when it was downright abysmal. The crust was completely undercooked, and all the toppings of the pizza had spilled over the pizza and into the box. I unfortunately didn’t open the box and check it right when it was delivered.
If you’re planning to order pizza in DuPont, save yourself the trouble and order one from the Papa John’s in the nearby town.

Absolutely the worst customer service that I have had at a pizza place. I called in an order for pick up at the store. When I get there I pay with a $ 50 bill. The guy at the counter said, «We don’t have change». No apology, no offer to run next store and get change, didn’t even ask the other drivers if anyone had any change on them. When I asked where the manager was, the guy at the counter said «Making pizzas»…nothing else and didn’t even call the manager out to the front.
Save your money on this large corporation chain that doesn’t understand what customer service or professional courtesy is and go one block down the street to Brusheki’s Pizza — a small family owned place that is customer friendly and makes good pizzas with homemade ingredients.

Great pizza and wings. Friendly workers. I like dominos

I always order online before I come carry out my pizzas. There’s always a good deal online for whatever I’m looking for. Now many Dominoes that I go into, I can see directly into the area that they make the pizzas and sometimes you’re left wonder… do I really want to get a pizza from here? At this Dominoes, I never have to question sanitation or have to judge by appearance alone. It’s very clean here.
Not to mention, the pizzas are always piping hot and always super good. The people here are very friendly too and due to the pizza gauge online, you can see when the pizza is complete so you’re not sitting there waiting for it to be done.
It’s a nice way to get something to eat on my way home from work. I will say, and this is no fault of Dominoes, but that parking lot over there needs some work. It was a bad idea to put parking on the side that Dominoes is on since it can be a major headache trying to get out with the huge line from Starbucks in the morning. Super inconvenient. But like I said, no fault of Dominoes.
