Austin and Nicole were great — prompt professional service. Had 3 locks rekeyed and one with a cross threaded screw replaced. They came out the day after I called and completed the work efficiently and correctly. Will say that the cost of services was reasonable but be aware there is an additional $ 75 service charge for coming out. Regardless, I will call them first the next time I need some lock work done

I’m an amateur locksmith myself, so I only call for help with DIFFICULT problems. And Belles Lock & Key is who I call. I’ve worked with Suzette for more than 5 years. She’s about as knowledgeable and skilled as they get. If she cuts you a key, it works, it doesn’t require jiggling, unlike those «hardware store duplicates.» Whether it’s rekeying locks, auto break-​ins, whatever, she’s the only locksmith in Durango I trust to do it right. She’ll come to your location. Now if she could only get that boyfriend to a barber…
