Dude. Jeremy is the best. After years and years of using Chem Dry, we switched last year and have been so pleased. Jeremy goes above and beyond. We’ve used him twice so far, both times he’s come back in a few days later to check up on the job, and do a touch up.

Everything about using Black Bear Carpet Cleaning was a five star experience, from making the appointment to my clean carpets! I have tried a lot of different carpet cleaning companies the 7 years I’ve lived in Durango and have been frustrated by all of them. If the job is good, the cost is outrageous. If the cost is reasonable, my carpets feel damp for days. All of that dissatisfaction led me to trying Black Bear. I saw their add in the newspaper and the good reviews here on Unilocal and figured, «I’ll try them.»
I will definitely be a repeat customer. It’s so nice when a small business actually wants my business! Jeremy was progressional, flexible, upfront and did a great job getting my carpets clean. If Unilocal helped me find this great business, I hope my review helps someone else have a good experience.

Black Bear did a great job cleaning the carpets and my precious cream shag wool rug. The carpets look better than ever and my rug is finally spot free of that painful hot-​sauce-​incident stain. Fast, friendly and efficient! I highly recommend to anyone in the area. Thanks Jeremy!

Not only was the quality amazing they did it on such short notice which meant so much to us! It’s great having such an amazing local business!!! Absolutley wonderful! I was very skeptical on how clean our carpet could get with 2 dogs, but Black Bear Carpet made our carpet look brand new! Even the stains on the carpet are completely gone! We also had our furniture cleaned and that turned out just as well! Very inexpensive and very professional, I will recommend these guys to all of our friends and our clients!
