This apartment complex is beyond horrible… Property is filthy. Broken beer bottles a constant problem. The office is horrible and have no clue of how gross the complex is apparently. The draconian rules make it a very unstable environment don’t set your college student kids up for such a disaster that will cost you an arm and a leg. Not to mention the three hit and runs of parked cars I witnessed in the lot. No enforcement of «parking pass» enforcement. Kids smoking bongs in the parking lot is a great amenity of the complex. I cannot express the disposable property in Durango. I’d almost suggest the complex of with the nickname Mountain Slums over these…
