Great customer service and they always seem to have a sale. I got some really nice goggles today-​20% off, they were still pricey but they sales guy was super helpful and knowledgeable so I ended up with them.
I also bought a beanie with headphones in it, wore it once then bought a helmet. The receipt says returns with in 30 days. I don’t live in Durango, so I called them up and they totally honored my exchange and it was totally past the 30 days.
If you need some new gear and good customer service they are open early so you can hit it up before you hit the slopes.
