Worst rental experience of my life.
The word, SLUMLORD comes to mind.
Expect to be treated horribly. The entire staff is condescending, rude, and very hostile. In particular, Caroni Adams is one of the worst people I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. It is my personal opinion that she actually gets some sort of sick satisfaction from the terrible way she treats people.
The Property Manager will do virtually nothing to hold up their end of the lease and their responsibilities as a landlord. Expect no repairs and no maintenance. Also be prepared because they love to show up for surprise «inspections» which they will claim they gave notice for when they did not. Furthermore, they will try to charge you for things that were wrong with the place before you even moved in.
Document and photograph EVERYTHING if you are desperate enough to rent from these people. It was the only thing that saved me from them stealing my deposit. Expect to have to fight for every penny owed to you.

Impossible to work with when something needed to be done, but had no problem showing up unannounced for inspection, and they would claim to have sent a notice I never got. The worst part was fighting to get my deposit back. It took over six months after I moved out, and I got less than a quarter of it back. She showed me a list of damages she dated after my move-​out date. I don’t have the money to pursue this legally. Beware of these criminals!

This is by far the worst rental company ever! I have lived im my house for almost a year and they never fix anything on time, like our toilet that over flows ever month into our living room. They have horrible manners and when you talk to them on the phone they laugh at you and are condescending and extremely rude and nasty. It has been a living hell working with them and i cant wait to get out of this place. what ever you do dont rent from them!
