These guys were great. They have you fill out a survey beforehand to get to know your attitude toward vehicle repair(how long do you really want to keep your car, do you want top-of-the-line parts or good-enough parts, etc.), so they really customize their recommendations and don’t push you on expensive repairs. They were very quick and competent. Will definitely go back.

I have a 2009 Subaru Forester, and found Village after a Google search for a place that regularly dealt with Subarus, but wasn’t a dealer. I was admittedly tired of the impartiality that dealers tend to show towards their customers, and wanted something more local. Village came as a very pleasant surprise. The owner is very friendly and open. He actually took the time to personally learn my name with the appointment, so when I told him the time I had reserved, he could call me by name right off the bat without checking. It was such a small thing, but immediately made me feel very welcome, and was very much appreciated. The service took a little longer than I thought, but there was a very nice waiting area, with plenty of space, and free WiFi available. The owner was very attentive, and made sure that I felt like I was comfortable while waiting. Price was average. Less than a dealer, but not on the cheap end of the spectrum. Really, just a great, local place, with awesome customer service. If I hadn’t moved from the area, I would definitely have become a regular there.
