Terrible service, terrible product, will NEVER use again.
Flowers ordered from
were nothing like the bouquet selected and instead of roses, were filled entirely with carnations. After calling FTD to say it wasn’t what I ordered, the florist said no, they would not replace or offer even a partial refund.
Avoid them at all costs.
