I stopped in Durant, Iowa on my way back to Baltimore from Montana and my co worker was craving fried chicken. We stopped in Jeff’s Market and the staff was PERFECT! The Midwest hospitality was in full effect. We ordered our chicken and it was PHENOMINAL! The chicken couldn’t have been better. Coming from a Baltimorean, that’s saying something. I’m used the cities fried chicken at Lexington Market, Jeff’s was just as good or better. They had a myriad of side dishes and each were delicious! If i’m ever in Durant Iowa again, i’ll definitely stop in at Jeff’s Market!
