Mackey Home Furnishings

Wow! I am not easily impressed with furniture and/​or appliance stores but Mackey’s put it out of the park! We bought a new bed, washer and dryer from these folks. The price was very competitive with the big box, big city retail stores.
What set them apart was their service. Right after we made our purchase there was some major flooding in the area so we had to delay the delivery. Mackey’s held our purchases until the Roosevelt bridge reopened between Kingston and Durant, Oklahoma.
The day we scheduled delivery they called, confirmed the address and arrived on time. They installed the washer & dryer, assembled the bed, hauled off all the old appliances and bedding in about an hour. Good enough but, what puts them over the top you ask?
They called before they came out and said the washer leaked oil when they checked it before delivery. That’s right, they checked it before delivery! That isn’t all, they had another set that was an upgrade from what we bought, they upgraded us at no extra charge! Who does that these days? Mackey’s, that’s who!
