I agree. my 3 daughters and I have had their service since they opened way back when in the 80’s — 90’s. They have had new owners every few years. Always DOWN and TERRIBLE customer service. ALWAYSWORKINGONIT. I just called in for a 2 minute fix that a technician did on Friday that messed up my wifi connection to ipad. I went thru 2 managers and they said«WE don’t support wifi or networking» I told THEM. they are the ones that messed it UP and they should FIX it. only a matter of undoing a setting they did, because I had internet on my ipad UNTIL they change was made. I asked if it was worth losing 3 customers over a 2 minute conversation with the tech named DOUG who can fix it??? to have him call me back. I HUNGUP. I know several people who use EXCEDE. I have 2 daughters and a granddaughter. so they will lose 4 accounts soon. THESEPEOPLENOTONLYHAVETERRIBLESERVICE, BUTTHEIRCUSTOMERSERVICE(OTHERTHANDOUG) AREASRUDEASHELL. Several friends are using EXCEDE very reasonably priced and much faster internet. During the really heavy rain the internet was off about 15 minutes a couple of times!!! I’M SOLD! unhappy customers. check out EXCEDE

Was on hold for 17 minutes today just to ask if there were any better options for the speeds we are getting and was told the same thing«we are working to expand our service». We have had this internet for over 5 years now and this is all we ever hear from them. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and I would/will drop them like a hot rock if we ever have a better option.

Great internet provider. Best speed I have had in 10 years. Have tried Verizon but too far out in country. Dish has a gb limit that only works for email don’t even think about streaming video.

Service is horrible since these took over from dfwair. I’m getting satellite this week. I’m on my third antenna for the year.
