I had the same problem that Aimee had. I tried calling and couldn’t even leave a voicemail since the mailbox was full. I attempted contacting corporate through their website with no luck either. Bunch of scammers. I have requested a refund from living social and hope that others do the same and check the reviews before ever attempting to use these guys!

I don’t even know where to begin! This guy was great, he arricved 15 minutes early, by the time he was set up to go, he started cleaning the carpets right at 10 am, our appointment time. Did a great job. I studied all night, so I fell asleep in my room (I know, not too bright), but he was so kind, he called from downstairs to let me know he was done, guess not to scare me by waking me up from upstairs. I don’t have enough great things to say about them. Dean was great, I just woke up to clean carpets. I took a few of his cards to pass out to friends. And the price, was terrific, my sister pays 3 times what I paid for four rooms. She will be using them next time. Nothing negative to say, and btw, he called earlier in the morning to confirm my address.
