Be VERY careful! First of all, there’s no office at 804, so if you want any service you have to continue to #1000, where the cost is more than 20% higher. Then, less than 2 weeks after filling our 50 sq. ft. unit, we got a bill for an 20% additional overcharge, emailed on a day they are closed, and with no invoice sent by the due date.(In fact, they are closed the next day as well.) We assumed, since we were very clear that the unit would be in use for more than 4 days, that we were paying for the few days remaining in the calendar month and for the following month as well. Should I have read the contract more thoroughly? Of course, but since it was only brought out to us after 2 hours of emptying a UHaul into the unit, in 90 degree and 80% humidity, we weren’t in shape to read anything, and the staff person there seemed so friendly and accommodating that we didn’t expect any problems.
