Well, I am looking at this salad. It is a roast chopped farmhouse salad with roast turkey and it is SORRY. I don’t frequent Arby’s and won’t go to another one. Service was quick and they were kind. However, this salad is really disappointing.

I can totally see why this place has low reviews. Bathroom = dirty, tables = dirty, service = slow, management = unprofessional, food = cold, stale, and missing an item in the order.

Ok so — I decided to try this Arby’s again because my preggo cravings kicked in for some curly fries. I tried to place an order and could barely finish my order (and I wasn’t talking like a snail or anything) and she rang up the total before I could finish. I got up to the window and the fries were not ready– so I had to wait a bit, not a problem, but of course they didn’t put any condiments in the bag that I asked for a couple minutes prior. They DID remember the cup of cheddar this time! ALSO– if you’re going to make someone wait for fries… why don’t you fill up their fry container? I got a large and it was barely full. What a rip-​off!

First, let me say I love Arby’s but this food which I recorded today was horrible. Where do I begin… I order the new Hawaiian Arby’s sandwich. I’ve have before and I’m aware they have more meat included. I was sadly wrong. This seemed to be less meat than on the classic. The meat, seemed old or over cooked. It looked and taste dry and not as juicy as I have had in the pass. I’m am so disappointed in the fact that I was served something that I’m sure no one that works in the restaurant would eat. If I could give zero stars I surely would have!!!
