Usually a good experience, when you’re in the store by yourself. I came in on my lunch break and knew what I was getting, yet waited for ten minutes to be assisted when there were two associates having a conversation in a back room. I don’t deal well with subpar customer service, especially when the one associate in the front was attempting to make a sale to a beginner vaper. Someone could have assisted me while the associate was making his sale. He didn’t ask for help either. And I wasn’t acknowledged when I walked out.
I will give the other Avail in the area a try in hopes that the service is better.

This was one of my very best vapor store experiences so far. The staff is really friendly and competent and the selection of liquids is great. It’s not really a store where I would go to buy hardware, but it certainly is the place where I would buy liquids.
The staff makes sure to point out that the liquids are brewed in the states, don’t have any additives and everything that can be organic is indeed organic. What stands out most about the store is the way they handle tasting, though. Most of the place it used up by tables with rows and rows of test mods filled with all kinds of liquids presented in a very nice way. The standard setup seems to be a Nautilus tank on top of a mod containing a standard 18 650 battery. The atomizer produces plenty of vapor, making sure that you really get a good idea about the flavours.
I can recommend this store to anyone who seeks top-​quality liquids and an awesome customer service. I’ll be back for sure.
