Candlescience

I have had several problems regarding customer service with Candle Science. Today was the last straw. Their employees are unhelpful and offer no real solutions to issues. They are passive and downright rude. Instead of answering your question, they must be trained to just stay silent on the line… offering no answer and no solution. I was being very polite, too. Today’s event occurred because I tried to place an order an hour before their shipping cut off for the day. My business debit card billing information was updated 2 days prior to when I attempted to place an order today and candle science and their super vigilant credit card fraud detection somehow got wires crossed and candle science locked me out of my account. I had a small $ 325 order that is absolutely imperative that it be shipped today so I receive oils for a wholesale order I have that is due this upcoming week. They refused to help me although the error is completely on their part. They blamed my bank for having a ‘lag in updating my account information.’ I then tried using my personal credit card and they denied that transaction as well. Mind you, all of these accounts are in good standing. I was told to try my Candle Science account back in an hour except that would not help me because that would be beyond their order cutoff time! She (the CSR) could have cared LESS!!! What a b*****. Candle Science has great products, but their service sucks, and multiple issues with them have proven it. If you’re more than a hobbyist and are a professional, don’t waste your time with this company who does NOT care about their customers.

While trying to find information on how to make my own candles I literally stumbled across this site. Everything they have here is fantastic and the have everything you would need to create very special candles. Fragrances, wax, holders, molds, coloring, and wicks at fantastic prices that cannot be beat by local hobby stores. They have also expanded to Reno, Nevada too which means instead of 4 days I only have to wait 1 or 2 to get my orders sent to me.
