Chapel Tower

Would not recommend this complex. Moved into a «newly renovated» apartment that was infested with roaches. Five months and 4 sprays later, we still find roaches in the apartment. This is probably due to the disgusting neighbors who leave food/​wrappers around the common areas. The neighbors are VERY loud and inconsiderate. Tons of screaming kids running around the parking lot kicking balls at the buildings and skateboarding around everyone’s cars. I have to park my car at the farthest parking spot to avoid getting damage. Lots of loud music playing in the parking lot late at night. After filing multiple complaints, management has not responded. They’ve never even acknowledged my complaints. Then, when my lease was coming up, I got a letter saying my rent would be increased by about $ 100/​month… Unless you love disrespectful neighbors, apathetic management or roaches, don’t move here.
