These guys are too awesome. They were giving away this free breakfast coupon card thingy for the month of February which I’ve been using most mornings these days to get my breakfast at little to no cost.
I’ve never done the drive thru, but I hear good things about the service. In the store the service is prompt and courteous even when busy.
Favorite things:
— Milkshakes
— Breakfast burrito (sausage)
— Sausage/​egg/​cheese biscuit

I love Chik-​Fil-​A (who doesn’t right?), and this is definitely one of the better Chik-​Fil-​A locations! Everytime I’ve ever gone, the customer service has been top notch! Like many Chik-​Fil-​As, the staff will bring you your food when it’s ready, rather than having to wait for it upfront. Additionally when they hit peak times or rush hours, they handle it like pros. They are efficient at what they do and handle the crowds well! Even when I dined in and it was packed, the service did not falter.
They also have a play area at this location for your kiddos!

This is the best Chick-​fil-​A around that I’ve ever been to. I loved it SO much that I had to start working there just to get enough. Which makes it even better, because all of those people that everyone has said give the best customer service, are also great team members and friends to work with. I love each person there and all the guests that come through. Especially the regulars you get to know by name and remember their whole order.
Just so everyone knows, when you hear people say «Chick-​fil-​A cares» or you see it written somewhere, it’s completely true. We notice our guests and hear what they have to say and we adjust accordingly.
I love serving with this lovely Chick-​fil-​A and all of the awesome people there. Great Chick-​fil-​A. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would go back.

Pretty good experience at this Chic-​Fil-​a. I was shopping at the nearby Target & needed lunch, so yay for Chic-​Fil-​a being nearby!
Of course, when is a Chic-​Fil-​a not busy? It was around 12:30 PM on a weekday & the line for the drive-​thru wrapped around the building. Thankfully, they had two employees taking orders with iPads, so it did help move the line along pretty well.
When I got to the window to pay & get my food, they were fast & efficient.
Typically, my regular chicken sandwich is too hot to eat out of the bag. Today, this was not the case & I was a bit disappointed. While I could eat it immediately, it wasn’t as hot as I would like it to be. The cole slaw was fresh, cold & delicious. My sweet tea was equally good.
Parking lot is small & it is hard to navigate when the drive-​thru is busy.

Holy cow!
A fast food restaurant that uses 2 additional people out in the drive-​thru line, one to take orders, and another to run drink orders and process payment. I was concerned with the number of cars in line, but these folks showed how decent food, speed and efficiency can be done with a smile. The lady at the window just handed back payment (cards) and gave out orders.
I’ll be back during rush hour when I have some place to be.

This is the best Chik-​Fil-​A on the planet because of one person who works here. We ate here for lunch and one of the staff members (who will remain anonymous in case she wasn’t supposed to do this) saw that I was sharing a drink with my husband and she got me my own kids size drink so I wouldn’t have to share. She also took all our trash, wiped down the table, and gave us some mints. Amazing service, this will be my go-​to Chik-​Fil-​A from now on.

No complaints about this Chick-​fil-​a. Like all their locations, the customer service is phenomenal. I had never caught the «it’s my pleasure» line as a replacement to «you’re welcome,» until my husband explained that to me. I found it peculiar and incredibly nice. This must be what southern hospitality is :)
Love their chicken sandwiches, as well as their grilled chicken nuggets (essentially thick cut chunks of grilled chicken); different, but delicious, and most importantly great for someone watching calories/​fat or increasing their protein intake!

Most ChickFilA locations offer amazing service but this one is top notch. Every time I go in there are employees that are willing to help. Even if I go at lunchtime or dinner time the wait is never that long. It is always nice to hear, «My pleasure» as well. The food is par for the course when it comes to a ChickFilA.
The chicken sandwich and waffle fries are amazing. If you are a fan of sweet tea, ChickFilA offers some great sweet tea as well. This particular location will also refill your drink if it is getting long. I strongly recommend this location. For those wondering, the easiest way to get to this ChickFilA is exit 274 which is not the Southpoint exit.

Me and my family here for breakfast at least three days a week I should give them a five star review but one day I came home and they had forgotten my chicken breakfast burrito because I eat every day I did not call and complain but on my next trip I spoke with Derek the acting manager and told him what had happened his response was he gave me a free cookie when I said that the burrito was more expensive than the cookie he said I should’ve probably drove all the way back from Chapel Hill and that it was company policy that they give people a cookie when they complain

Why did the chicken cross the road? To be made into delicious sandwiches served with waffle fries and the best lemonade you’ll ever taste!

I never thought I’d write a review about a fast food place but this specific location deserves one.
1^st Gotta love the chicken sandwich and they do it just as great or better than any other chikfila.
But what makes this location stand out is the staff. Wow!!! Greet you when you come in, are extremely nice to you when you order, even make awesome suggestions for if you look like you can’t make up your mind.
They will even bring food out to your table.
Great job! I always leave this place in a great mood after interacting with the staff.
A staff, by the way, which is diverse in age, race, and gender!
The owner of this franchise makes me sick but I live the people that work at this one location!

One of the better choices for Chick-​Fil-​A. Very comfortable atmosphere and friendly people, genuinely hospitable. The staffs attention to detail shows, the food seems a little fresher and your order a bit more customized than other Chick-​Fil-​A. We’re regulars even though it’s not the closest.

Calling out this location in particular, just wanted to say the staff here is RIDICULOUSLY FRIENDLY. It may be just fast food, and I may disagree with politics, but when it comes to service these folks are crushing it! Chicken strips with Chick-​Fil-​A sauce ain’t too bad, either!

Always great food, almost always great service. With two kids we frequently eat here for kid’s night on Tuesday evenings, which means a lot of fun as well as a lot of craziness. The staff is always courteous and responsive, and they go above and beyond the call of duty on kid’s night, even with all the crowds and commotion going on.
Love the chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, milkshakes and seasonal items like the chicken tortilla soup and peach milkshakes. Great salads as well.
Only real complaint is that they stopped doing the kids eat free part of kid’s night in early 2013, so while you still get craft night and Mr. Moo Cow on Tuesdays, you no longer get a free kid’s meal with your entrée purchase.

Okay, it’s only fast food, but for what it is, it is good. I usually get the grilled chicken sandwich, which actually tastes like real chicken. Well seasoned, yummy soft roll, and fresh lettuce and tomato. I’ve definitely had my share of the waffle fries, double yum! and I like that they have other choices, like soup and fruit. I’ve also sampled the tenders and nuggets, and both had nice flavor with light non greasy breading. These were not McDonald’s nuggets, whew
You can bring kids here and feel pretty good about the choices they have and the indoor, small playground is a nice bonus for very small children.

Cows lobbying «Eat mor chikin’!» — how can you go wrong?!
This is by far the best Chick-​Fil-​A location. Spicy chicken sandwiches just aren’t as good anywhere else. The customer service is ridiculously fabulous. I mean I haven’t been treated like such royalty anywhere else… ever. The staff is soaked Southern hospitality, just as it should be.
They also have this coveted Chick-​Fil-​A club (at this location only). 10 punches and you get a free party for 50 people… no, not even kidding this is for real! We just had my husband’s graduation party there and everyone ate for free — amazing! You also get a welcome dinner and freebies every month. Totally worth hitting up this location weekly!

EVERY single time I have ordered food from the drive thru @ this location my order has been incorrect. Last week was last straw.
How do you translate grilled chicken light mayo no pickles absolutely NO tomatoes into crispy chicken with tomatoes pickles and BBQ sauce?
I called to speak with the MOD, who advised he would write my name in their book and the next time I came in the meal would be on the house. Today I went inside the location and the MOD told me «we don’t have a book.» After going back & forth for several minutes, he agreed to give me the sandwich and I had to pay for the fries my self — which is fine I’m sure they get people all the time trying to get free food.
I got back to work and what do I find? Tomatoes — again. My bad for not checking the sandwich before I left, but seriously — how hard can it be? They weren’t that busy…

You know what to expect from Chick-​Fil-​A. Well this store has to be a model for the company. The people are ALWAYS cheerful and in a genuine way. I don’t like to eat fast food very often, but they make me want to visit! The gallon of sweet tea has to be horrible for my insides, but it’s so delicious. Also, the milkshakes! Wow… I should probably stop. I haven’t had dinner yet.

Anyone else in a giving mood tonight? I am. Ya know why? I just got a milkshake from Chick-​Fil-​A and I loved it. And you know what I love even more than the high quality food that this wonderful Christian-​based company provides, is their high octane staff that makes sure to take care of you better than they would treat their own family. You need to go and try their new Spicy Chicken Sandwich… it makes Wendy’s cry for help… like I said, the quality of the chicken is second to none.
Make sure you say hi to Miss Betty, the smiling face of the morning crew of Chick-​Fil-​A and all the rest of the staff deserves your greetings as well. If you tell them you know Matt… they might give you a funny look but they will take care of you just the same
