Circle K

The Circle K location is a good location however it never seems to accept my credit card. I’ve stopped going there as a regular because I can’t seem to pay them. In contrast my credit cards work fine and every other gas station. They often were also out of diesel but this seems to have been solved. I will try again next week see if the credit card machine is working.

Terrible customer service! Lines are long and cashiers are not friendly.

Imagine this, you’re stuck in the house the day after a snow blizzard with the hankering for some pumpkin pancakes. You open your refrigerator and realized to your horror, you used up your last two cups of milk for the hot chocolate the night before! Oh dear, what’s a girl to do but call up the closest possible place that may have milk and cross her fingers that they’re open. When the friendly attendant that answered the phone not only confirmed that they were open but yes indeed had gallons of milk in stock I quickly donned my snow gear and set off on the 1.2 mile round trip.
I quickly procured the milk I was looking for when I arrived and my eyes happened to skim over the fanciest looking gas station coffee machine I had ever noticed. Not your typical sugary french vanilla and pumpkin spice powders but the realest looking espresso machine (sans barista) I’ve ever seen! I couldn’t resist but order myself a latte for the long-​ish, but mostly cold, walk home (made with fresh milk!) I took a sip and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. I will definitely be keeping this secret latte on my radar next time I’m in a bind and need some caffeine. This machine is like a god, also making fresh cappuccinos, espressos and more, ooh mama, what have I discovered?!
The whipped cream on the ice cream was that the attendant checking me out also inquired about how I enjoyed the latte (I didn’t mention but she saw me staring at it previously and asked if I needed help working the machine!) What lovely customer service. And if you need a cherry for your whipped cream do note that this location also accepts Krogers points AND they have a RedBox outside!
