After first thinking this company was so wonderful we found out seven months later that their work is shoddy. They didn’t seal the door properly, it leaked, and now our floors need to be replaced. they did not caulk the door and the drip cap to catch the rain was installed improperly. This has leaked into our home under our wood flooring causing it to buckle. That now needs to be replaced along with potentially some of the subflooring. They claim it wasn’t their fault. They came and inspected the house and said there was no moisture. A contractor with a moisture meter registered a reading of twice the normal limits. They just don’t want to have to fix the mess they created. STAY AWAY from this company or you will be paying for it later.
