I’ve been to see Donna twice and her massages are magical. She found knots in my neck and shoulders and even KNEES and I felt like a million bucks when I left. Really deep, slow style, not painful or pokey. She mixes essential oils depending on your mood (I got geranium and sage — yum) and the massage table is heated. It’s $ 75/60min., but she sometimes runs specials. Last time I checked she was offering 90 minutes for $ 95 (usually $ 115, I think).
I didn’t have any problems with getting an appointment; I wonder if something strange happened with the online system for Groupon people?

I, too, bought a groupon for a massage with Donna. I scheduled an appointment with her through her online system. I had to wait 2 months to have that appointment. I showed up for my appointment and her door was locked. No one ever showed. She did not return my e-mails or phone call.

I bought a voucher for a massage at Donna’s office and the experience was a total turn-off. It took her weeks to schedule an appointment and when I showed up, no one was there. I waited for 30 minutes and the massage therapist never showed and never called. I left several messages and they were never returned. I would steer clear of this place — it clearly has a lot of problems.
