DON’T DO IT. SERIOUSLY. JUST DON’T. NO MATTER WHAT PRICE THEY TRY TO GIVE YOU, IT’S NOT WORTH IT.
There were 3 bugs in my hotel room. The last one I caught and took to the front desk.
The breakfast area was disgusting and fly-​infested. There were dirty waffle iron cups all over the place. There were no meats. Only a mini crockpot with eggs in it. Not a full OR hot breakfast. I wouldn’t have called it continental.
They were only willing to give me a 10% discount (even though they had already been paid by Orbitz) and informed me that I need to contact Orbitz for any further assistance. The general manager told me this.
I had to contact Orbitz to have them contact Econo Lodge for this issue to be resolved.
Please don’t waste your time.
