We were having a celebration at work and they ordered a few sheet cakes from Favor Desserts. It was a great opportunity to sample 5 of their flavors and I took full advantage of it.
Here are my thoughts on each flavor, ordered from favorite to least favorite:
Carrot Cake: This one went fast at the office. It was very good. I’m a fan of walnuts in my carrot cake and this one really came through on that.
Strawberry Shortcake: It was sooo good, I was pleasantly surprised. It was just the right amount of strawberry balanced by the light moist cake.
Italian Crème: The cake had nuts and coconut! Need I say more?
Red Velvet: The cake was moist and I liked that it wasn’t too sweet. The frosting on this one I thought was the best of all.
Chocolate: This one was slightly disappointing because after having the others I had high hopes for the chocolate. It wasn’t bad, just nothing special.
