Great Clips

I’ve been here a few times now, but I think I’m done. You don’t typically have to wait long, which is awesome. The place is always cluttered and they seem to be slow at sweeping up after customers. They don’t style or listen very well. I’m going to try some other places to see if I can get better results.

You get what you pay for is a poor man’s cop out to allowing lazy people to provide poor service. I could care less where you get your haircut but under 0 circumstances should you ever let Veretta cut your hair! Every hair on my head is a different length and I suggest you do not put yourself through the hassle of having to go somewhere reputable to have it fixed. Never have I had a stylist care so little for their craft with such little self respect and dignity to allow themselves to provide such a substandard service. I’m sure this is temporary as she will not be employed in this business very long. Do what you want, but don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Bottom line: You get what you pay for. Their price sets low expectations, so why beat them up about it?
I’m sure every Great Clips customer has some sort of horror story they could share. In my history of cheap haircuts, I’ve had my head accidentally shaved (was quite liberating), and lost half of an eyebrow (didn’t tip that day), but given that you’ll rarely get, let alone see, the same stylist twice, it’s hard to provide any relevant information on this location that’ll apply next week, next month and definitely not next year.
When you are visiting the Fast Food of Haircuts chains, there’s a level of quality I’ve come not to expect, yet I come back because of the price and because the stylists are generally hard-​working people and have the best intentions.
My most recent visit to this location resulted in the following for a total of $ 13 plus tip:
— Zero wait on a Saturday afternoon. I checked in online, but even had I not, there would have been no wait.
— A decent haircut, though I did some cleanup when I got home.
— No nics, blood or unexpected bald spots.
— No diseases caught, though that wasn’t a concern as the place was clean.
— In and out in about 20 minutes.
I look like I spent $ 13 on my haircut and if you choose this place to get you hair cut, you likely will also look like you spent $ 13 to get your haircut.

Horrible. I went to just get a trim and she totally chopped the middle of my hair off. Then her clippers hurt the back of my neck and I told her and she acted like I was playing. Went home and I had scratches all down my neck. Burning! Never again. She should be fired and the place closed down.

I got my hair cut here today. The one star is well deserved due to the nice music and friendly staff. The reason I wouldn’t want to give any more is because the «stylist» didnt listen to a single thing I asked for. Nort only did she butcher my hair to the point where I requested it to just get cut shorter, but she then decided to shave half my beard off. No guard or anything, just took the trimmer right down the side of my face. I left a tip because, well, she did cut my hair, but I wanted to leave without paying. Currently, I’m pretty upset with terrible haircut she gave me. I will not be returning here and will be saving my money for a better salon with a real stylists. All in all this has deterred me from returning to another great clips.
