Had a good and restful time in North Carolina. This would be my preferred stay location on my future visits.

Cannot say enough great things about this amazing hotel!!! Absolutely all about customer comforts & for an great price! Will definitely be our«Go to» place when traveling from now on!!! Not only are the rooms more than comfortable & roomy but the staff is over the top friendly, and the surroundings are luxury all the way! Our stay here cost less overall than when we stayed at an economy hotel — definitely says everything about the chain and how they feel about what they give to their customers!

As long as you keep expectations in check, this particular Homewood Suites is fine for spending a night or two, whether traveling for business or fun. I appreciate the full refrigerator and spacious suite, along with free WiFi and HD TVs in both the living room area and the bedroom. What I found a little less desirable was the cleanliness of the room. Sheets and towels appeared fine, but the floors and mirrors were not thoroughly cleaned before or during my stay. I always leave a tip each day for housekeeping, but did not notice any improvements, other than extra toiletries left in the bathroom. Front desk staffers were friendly and check-in /check-out were a breeze.

An okay option for business travelers, not the cleanest or healthiest though, and poor wifi. Shuttle from airport was reimbursed. Nice. Upon check in, I found every cupboard, drawer, curtain was wide open in my room, making me wonder if it was the result of a poltergeist. Apparently it was for an inspection. I’m tired after travel, please don’t cause me extra work. I had to even unload the dishwasher, after searching everywhere for the coffee carafe. Stains in tub that wouldn’t expect to see at these rates. Same for the floors. I stayed here three different weeks. Each time, the kitchen and bathroom floors were grossly sticky. Breakfasts were decent. It was nice that dinner was included but they were not very healthy. There was ice while I was here and I slipped and hit my head. They seemed genuinely concerned, however I was with a work colleague and others when I fell again the next day. They already knew it was dangerous, and nothing was done.

Easy check-in. Clean rooms. Very close to large mall and decent restaurants. Quiet and good for famalies. One downside… mattress of our king suite was horrible.

We had a great stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the free breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The lobby is nicely decorated. Great value for the money. We would stay here again if we were back in town.

What I like most about this hotel is its central location between Raleigh and Chapel Hill. In addition, I can often find a suite here for $ 80 while a similar suite at the Homewood six miles away at the Chapel Hill exit is $ 130 a night. Nothing much else at this exit but I am not going for the purpose of hanging out at this exit.

Overall, an excellent hotel/suites combo. I didn’t like it as much as my beloved Embassy Suites, but hey — when work’s paying the dime for where you stay, you can’t complain. Categorically: Location: 3 out of 5 Look, in this area, you really can’t get away from the physical act of driving if you want to get somewhere. The good news about all of this is that since there’s really no traffic in the RTP area, this Durham location isn’t that far of a drive from wherever you need to go. It’s off of Miami Blvd, close to the airport, and close to any of the cities in the area by car. Amenities: 5 out of 5 Has everything you need, and then some. Workout room, business center, cool open space where they do breakfasts and free dinners on the weeknights, little shop where you can buy snacks, etc. Free wifi or hard wired connection in room, separate sleeping area, fridge, stove, sink with disposal, coffee maker, hair dryer, etc. etc. etc. Can’t really complain. All staff attentive and friendly, from the people working at the desk to the people working during breakfast. Cleanliness of rooms and public areas: 5 out of 5 Very well kept rooms; even though I think the building is starting to show some of its age(look at the carpet design in the main open area, for example), the staff take very good care of the building. The public areas were well kept, and this was no more apparent than during breakfast time when a staff of two ladies consistently took away dirty plates and glasses and kept the overall area looking spic and span. Added extras you might not find in other hotels: 4 out of 5 Since these suites are set up for travelers who may be in the same location for many nights, there are things you won’t find elsewhere: a sink with disposal, dishwasher, two burner stove, and full size fridge. Excellent if you need it, of course. There is a free hot breakfast every day, and it’s decent. Not quite as good as others I’ve had, but nothing to scoff at. What sets this place apart, though, is that there is a free«homecoming dinner» on weeknights replete with alcoholic beverages. I didn’t get to take part in it as I had just eaten dinner, but everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Pricing: 3 out of 5(if you had to pay) I think that the«best available» rate is commensurate with what you’d pay at the other business hotels in the area. Definitely not cheap if you’re traveling on a budget, but if you don’t mind paying a little extra for the added amenities, it’s not a horrible deal, either. Overall: 4 out of 5 Excellent hotel with all you’d ever need for a trip.

A very nice hotel! Beautiful suites, with large bathrooms, and a kitchen area! The rooms are always plush and nice and located near the airport!

This place is pretty amazing. We stayed in a 2 bed/2 bath suite. It’s not overrated to have your own bathroom. There is a large lounge with a bar and a tv. There’s a pool, there’s a shuttle, free wifi, there’s lots of parking, and air conditioning! Also, it is close to the airport and RTP. Great place to stay if you find yourself in town.
