This company has a ridiculous and very sneaky«auto renew» policy which will renew your entire contract(a year renewal) three months before it is set to expire with no warning — a courtesy email is just expected in this day and age. Their customer service is extremely frustrating. No one you deal with on a day to day basis can help you, it’s «company policy». Their«customer service department» is actually just their finance department which is very weird. However after much frustration, a nasty Unilocal review, many calls and emails — I ended up being able to reach the regional manager who was able to help me. They did in fact allow me out of my contract(I had to cancel with three months notice which was fine). I am happy with the end result but i maintain that their policy needs to change and they need to seriously work on their customer service.
