Terrible service!!! The order was not correct we had no silverware to eat with. Very rude

The restaurant and parking lot is small. The restaurant was not busy And we had problems getting wait on. The Ihop menu and décor is the same of other Ihops. There were people waiting on many in the entry area. And not any employees. Some of the people left and seat themselves. The hostess came and only volunteer to wait on male and children customers. The same behavior of the 2 waitresses and hostess. Run away from and not wait on, talk back rude, rush to get rid of, try to stick the finger in the hands of female customers. eat food while wait on, repeat the same questions, yell and interrupt, try to stick fingernail into the skin of female hands. The hostess would walk in front of and block the walkway. And tried to step on the foot of female customers. And we had to find the waitress. Not buy at all and many dirty tables. The waitress not want to write down the order. And she said it was not her job. We said it was. She did it. She walked away in the middle of wait on us. She brought us iced tea. And ¾ ice. We had to call the manager. She would not apologize. And she did correct the order. We asked for a new waitress. She never came. We noticed that all the employees were eating lunch and not come back. We left. And noticed other customers were leaving too. They could not get wait on. This IHOP is small in size and parking lot is small.

Terrible service. Took 3 ½ hours to get seated and get our food. When we finally got our food, most of it was wrong. When I spoke to the manager he just said, we’re busy, your food will come out soon – we waited another 35 minutes after that reassurance. Terrible!!!

Worst visit to IHOP in 5 years. Not sure if the waitresses or cooks started it but 2 hours is crazy for meal at IHOP. Somebody was busy being slow. Best get your customer service hats on!

Nothing was hot, sent food, came back still not hot. Asked for a side of toast, had to remind server, delivered cold and not buttered. Had to ask for butter. Coffee was good, but even had to ask for refill!
This is not the first time I have been disappointed at this location, but it is the last. I will not go back.

This place had fell off everytime I go which is not very often, I end up fighting with the roaches for ny French Toast Platter. I tell the manager and I only get an ok.

Where do I start. Came here to eat with family and friends and the food was terrible. My French toast taste like it was made days ago. On top of that, they have roaches. The bathrooms were disgusting and when we notified the manager all she had to say was their dishwasher person called out so they are short staffed.

Slow as shit!!! Like sooooo sloooow it’s crazy!
All you can eat pancakes doesn’t matter when you can get any food to your table. Been waiting over 20 minutes for pancakes.
Place is loud as hell too.

Roaches, Roaches, everywhere, never seen so many and in a restaurant. Never going back there to eat. They were In the bathroom, crawling on the syrups. Eeeww so nasty.

Every time we go to this IHOP, our order keeps getting messed up. Like today, the waiter lied to my mom about getting a full waffle when she only got ½ a waffle. They said she would have to pay $ 4 more dollars for a full waffle. I had gotten the caramel Bön Bön pancake & it was definitely not like the picture. We keep on getting 1 egg instead of 2. And what really pissed me off was that there was a hair in my newly served buttermilk pancakes. It was inside the batter which was disgusting. I am still wondering if I’m coming back to this IHOP, but for the time being, the answer is NO.

Food is pretty decent. What you expect from an IHOP. I like the special stuff they do to change the menu up. I saw a previous review that complained about the hostess screaming names every few minutes. Well we got seated right next to the hostess station. I complained to the manager. She apologized and it was explained to me that their intercom has been out for three months and that a repair request has been made to the corporate office and that she desperately wants it fixed as well. She did get the hostess to at least lower her voice and do a better job of moving from behind the station so that it was tolerable at least. I plan on complaining to the corporate office personally and hopefully they can get the intercom fixed.

The problem is not the food nor the value. The problem is s horribly mismanaged kichen. We waited for one HOUR before our food arrived. There was no waiting for a seat when we arrived and our waitress was pleasant, attentive and apologetic. The manager didn’t open the second half of the kitchen until there was a major backup. To make matters worse, the newly opened cooking line started on new tickets only so people who were seated 20 minutes after us got their food 15 minutes before us. The host screaming the names of people for seating added a nice touch. This might be an acceptable eatery in off hours but during prime breakfast hours it’s unacceptable.

Long waits, understaffed, and lack of eating utensils. But the straw that broke this camel’s back was a hair floating in the butter on my pancakes. Big ball of NOPE! We walked out and will not be back.

We’ve had several bad experiences at this location. The first bad experience we had here was it would take about 40 minutes to bring our food and the food wouldn’t even be warm when it was brought to us. It was as if the food was laying out for awhile. The waitress wouldn’t be attentive and when we would call out for her she would be very slow or simply ignore us. We decided to give this place another chance after that. In our most recent experience, our food took 45 minutes to bring and it was cold. People who were seated after us got their food before us. We talked to the manager and She ended up giving the meal to us for free. I’m assuming a lot of people are unhappy about this place and the manager knows that. There are 2 servers who work here who are wonderful though. It’s a shame that the rest of the staff isn’t like them.

I am really upset about how deplorable this location has become. My friend and I had done some shopping and decided IHOP would be good for lunch. It wasn’t busy when we got there but the waitress was less than attentive. I went to use the restroom and when I saw the state of it, my body refused to let me use the facilities. It smelled and was filthy. The food was nothing special and it took forever for it to arrive. I hope I do not have to go back to this location If I can help it.

probably the single worst experience that I have ever had in a restaurant. I really don’t know what I was expecting when I walked in the door but in my wildest dreams it wasn’t this. We were seated and ordered drinks they brought us two a piece because they didn’t seem to want to be bothered with having to offer service during the course of the meal. The waiter then took our order in the most unorthodox style that I have ever seen. He listened intently while we gave him our order without ever writing anything down. I feared that we would never get the items that we ordered but surprisingly we did with 100% accuracy. After the incredibly mundane meal we were at the register paying the tab when a new shift of kitchen staff was arriving. The sight of the vagrant that wwalked through the doors made me immediately want to purge my meal on the counter and walk out with no apology. Ihop staff I understand that there can be some hot days in the Carolina summer but pleasse dont use your balled up unform shirt to dry the sweat from you wompus armpits. Kindest regards.

I have been in this location many many times and enjoyed it but tonight, that completely changed. I understand that it busy and It takes a least 45 minutes cook eggs and pancakes but 2 hrs and we’re missing items? Never coming back unless I have to.

Jelly Donut Pancakes — 3 pancakes covered in powdered sugar, strawberry jelly, and a sugary glaze. This is a special that is not normally on the menu. Quite sweet, but not as sweet and unhealthy as a donut!
Cinnamon Roll Pancakes — 2 pancakes with a cinnamon and sugar glaze to match the typical cinnamon roll. Again, not as unhealthy as a real cinnamon roll, but tastes very similar! Also not typically on the menu. Wish it comes with more than 2 pancakes.
Tuscan Scramble with Hash Brown — Nice light scramble with spinach, red bell peppers, Parmesan cheese. Comes with 2 plain pancakes.
It took a very long time for the food to be prepared and served — slowest I’ve ever experienced at any IHOP, and it was pretty empty at the time I went. Also, they wouldn’t accept an emailed coupon because it wasn’t printed. However, at other IHOP locations I’ve been to, they’ve always accepted it if you show them your coupon on your phone. These people definitely aren’t trying to save the trees.

Wow, this place has great value for breakfast/​brunch. The service is also hilarious and awesome, and it’s clear that a lot of regulars come here. Our waitress was really funny, and it seemed to me that many of the employees enjoyed working here.
All day on weekdays, IHOP has a $ 4.99 special for 2 pancakes, 2 sausages or 2 bacon strips, and hashbrowns. I ordered the special with sausage and substituted grits for the hashbrowns, and my friends ordered chocolate pancakes and the special with bacon and hashbrowns. Our food arrived fairly quickly despite the large volume of people in the restaurant.
The pancakes were delicious and buttery, and there were four different kinds of syrup at our table. The sausages were also standard but good and juicy. Grits and hashbrowns were meh and sort of lacking in flavor, but given the cheap price I can’t really complain too much. The chocolate pancakes were alright and not particularly chocolatey, but then again I prefer simple buttermilk pancakes w/​o anything else inside.
The food here is good for the price, but I left with the feeling that I could probably make all of this at home, just as good if not better, for much cheaper. This is a great place to go with friends though if you’re looking for a reasonably priced and yummy breakfast w/​o the hassle of cooking it up at home. For the food, I would probably give it 3 stars, but the pretty good value adds another star.
