Came in here to return an item and there was no manned register on the main floor! Once i tracked down an associate, she said she was unauthorized to complete the return and would get a manager. One hour later I finally was able to talk to a manager and was told to come back next week as the general manager wasn’t there. It is disappointing that the store doesn’t have proper management on staff or authorized representatives to assist customers. I do acknowledge that the few associates tried to help, but that doesn’t outshine the overall negative experience. I would highly suggest not shopping here unless you have a lot of time to spare!

This is a review for the Sephora in JCPenney. I don’t particularly like the stand alone shop in the mall. I never get good service there. If you go a little further you will find a wonderfully supplied Sephora in JCP with great customer service. If you need help I would go here first.
As you can see from my picture, I probably wear too much makeup. I know. But although I have but one face I am always fascinated to try new colors, pots and pans of the latest color iterations. But I am picky about where I shop. I won’t go in an Ulta, some makeup departments and definitely pass up and go to JCP. The girls that work there are so sweet and generally have more time to help you play around. No high pressure sales just conversation and girl talk.
They have some different palettes that the other Sephora doesn’t carry that is just for JCP so you might find something you like better there or fits the bill. I kind of like having the store to myself but thought I would share this with you if you wanted to not be crowded out or left unassisted.

I’ve shopped here a few times and have always had decent service. The clothing they have now is very different from how the store used to be so I appreciate the company revitalizing itself. Not a regular shopper here, but when I need something dressy, whether it’s for church, work or an outing, I’m pretty sure I can come here and find something quickly.

What can you say about this retail chain that no one knows about? They do or should I say did have The Tropical Santa Collection on sale, but were sold out when I went to purchase a few of them. You can get some great deals, they mail you coupons, get them out of the paper and DL them on the Internet. They will let you combine them for a $avings the will make your toes curl. For instance, a leather coat retail $ 360.00. On sale in store for $ 230.00. 25% coupon = $ 172.50, 15% coupon for spending $ 150.00 plus = $ 146.63, store wide coupon 15% = $ 124.64, $ 25.00 coupon = $ 99.64.
