Joe Scarantino – Coldwell Banker

in december (12÷26÷14) joe scarantino was assisting a neighbor in selling his house. he went up & down Sherbrooke Rd (Durham) distributing RMA’s (road maintenance agreement) to all houses to be signed and notarized… saying the private road lacked an agreement and a «new law» (according to joe) prevented any home from being sold with out this agreement in place.
i talked to joe on his cell phone and explain that we on Calais drive (which Sherbrooke accesses) were looking at forming a road association with the residents of Sherbrooke Drive could he send me copy of the RMA he was distributing… and more information on this «new» law that he cited? he said sure, he’d send it out immediately, i should get it next week.
of course, i got nothing… joe’s just talking the talk. Maybe joe’s not much on follow-​up… or possibly not interested in selling anymore houses in our area? anyway, we value someone’s word along with their actions; and, if you’re going to do something… or say you’re going to do something… do it. otherwise, i’m sure somewhere… there’s a critical need for a used car salesmen.
if you need a real estate agent… i’d look elsewhere.
