TOTAL SCAM. I contacted the window manufacturer shown on my contract (Okna Windows). OKNA has not been able to contact anyone at Luxury Exterior Solutions for months, either. They do not have any record of my order or my deposit.
This week, I filed complaint with Consumer Protection, NC Attorney General’s Office. That may be the only way for customers to get restitution and have this company dissolved. Maybe the principals will even be arrested for fraud!
