This Marble Slab is the only reason I visit Northgate. The service is so friendly, but not in a fake-​smile kind of way. The scoopers/​cashiers are patient and warm, which makes the ice cream-​getting experience so much better, and really gives the establishment a family feel. The ice cream is quality, and the price is perfectly reasonable. I always get the birthday cake with strawberry mix-​ins, which is perfect on a summer day. My only fear is that the business gets dragged down with the languishing popularity of Northgate. I’ll try to visit more once the weather heats up, but Southpoint is just so much more convenient for me. Please stay open!
