Microsoft Store

Unless you are a microsoft freak avoid them. Item not in stock at store had to be ordered. They said it would arrive in 3 – 7 days. 4 days later checked the site and the item had not shipped. Called customer service, got an overseas person on the phone. Clueless. Disconnected me. Typical. All I wanted to know is when will I get my order. Sounds simply eh? Not for MS. They kept reading to me from a script. BS. I was then told the item would arrive in three days. Called three days later, Item had not shipped. Told it would ship next day. More BS. Bottom line, order arrived two weeks later. All in all, probably not bad, except for the same price Amazon would have had it to me faster with better tracking and no bs. They did send an email telling me they were sorry for the delay and gave me a ten dollar credit in the microsoft store.

If I were going to Name this Business instead of «micro» and «Soft» (sounds tiny and limp) I would go with: «Can be seen from Outer Space and SuperDuperHard», though I guess that says something about my perception and ego, still work on the name! It is NEVER too Late!
How about this Store! I like shopping in a cool Store! The shopping Experience is Important! I LOVE Romance! I can be Converted! Though in this particular situation, products (function and quality) and Value will bring me back to Earth (I think)! I was expecting MUCH MORE!
Products! I have been looking for a Product to make a HorsesHead of MacProducts at least in terms of PRICE! POPROCK LOVE can be Proud of me now as about to go Totally AntiMac! Versatility is also Attractive! I was Hoping for MORE!
Staff — when choosing a Surgeon I want Gray Hair Experience and I’m plenty biased when looking at Technology I choose the Youngest looking employee for the Same Expertise _​_​_​_​_​«qualifying» _​_​_​_​_​_​like for anything, everything else being Equal… Though usually everything else is NOT!
With a Bite out of Apple, outside and down the Sidewalk this could be the setting for the next round of «Epic Rap Battles of History»… For a while I have wanted to be swayed, not just by Romance or Novelty, nor Service, but on Quality at a Very Competitive Price! Something I like More, for less! I’m here to see if the time, and product (s) are presented or … «Who Won, Who’s Next»… I’m more disappointed than impressed, though hopeful for the future of computers yet not because of anything I saw here (sad face)…

The new store looks absolutely fantastic and is a great addition to The Streets at Southpoint. I loved all of the TVs surrounding the store and the game consoles set up outside so you could play. Some of the gadgets around the store, like the 3D printer, were very eye catching. However, I think there were SO many things that it felt a little cluttered. There were many of the same device, which I know is to make sure there’s enough for everyone to test out, but it felt like the store was a little too small for that much stuff.
The employees were really wonderful and helpful. I was asked several times if I had been helped or needed anything. I had a very specific question regarding an issue with a beta version of the OS I have on my windows phone. I was surprised when the employee was able to answer my question right away and help me. They all seemed very intelligent. Or dare I say, nerdy?
