Worst eye wax experience I have ever had! The lady burnt my eye lids, did not apologize and still charged me the $ 10. Terrible customer service!

Good weekend hours (open Sundays) and conveniently located in one of the shopping centers on 15 – 501. It was $ 35 for a basic mani-​pedi. It was fairly quick service. That being said, the end result was OK, but not great. I would have liked more exfoliation, and a more careful nail polish application. Take this with a grain of salt though, as it was the end of the day. The woman who works there is very nice, and I’d go back if I were running errands and wanted a quick pedicure.

I have been here before just never posted a review. I came here for a basic pedicure and acrylic nail fill in. I really enjoyed the pedicure. The water was not too hot and my nail technician made my feet look great and feel nice. They sat me in a chair to do a fill in and I had to wait about 10 minutes and a gentleman did my nails. He did it rather quickly but dud a good job none the less. I had my eyebrows and lip done and they did a great job. All of my services, with a 15 dollar tip was 69 dollars. I am pretty happy.

So it was an impromptu decision to get my nails done and so I walked in and they still accommodated me. The place is very convenient, close to DSW, Bed Bath Beyond etc. place is very clean. The person who did my pedicure didn’t really talk to me, he seems nice. I’m so used to my the person doing my nails to be so friendly but maybe it’s just not their thing But that’s okay. Their prices were a little expensive, spa pedicure for 25.00 although he did a fairly thorough massage of both my legs and feet.
Would I go here again? I think if I’m around the area probably.

I go to Nails and Spa monthly for my French gel nails and have gone to them for several years. Amy and her staff are very professional, the shop is very clean and I always feel like I get good manis and pedies. The shop tends to be on the quieter side, which is great to relax while you are getting your nails done. I also have my eyebrows waxed there and find that Amy does a really good job (not too thin and never burned).

Just got my eyebrows waxed there today. I was a customer for about 2 years. After today they have lost me. I had someone who was incompetent wax my eyebrows way way to thin. She actually left me sitting there and had to go get someone else to come wax my other eyebrow. I left with them way to thin and uneven. Not good customer service. Shouldn’t use your clients as guinea pigs. If she inst a good eyebrow artist she should not being doing eyebrows. Will be looking somewhere else for eyebrow waxing.
