One of the worst experiences I have had with a home contractor. Product is all right, but over priced. The service experience was awful. Damage around the house, rude contractors, ignoring requests (I requested they start any day except Friday, the day I was having a bunch of people at the house. They started Friday.) Multiple call backs were ignored. I got called about payment while the job was not done. I had to clean up my own yard of all the old gutter debris that was left for me to find with the lawn mower. Would not use them again if it was free! Is there a place for pictures here. I have plenty of those that show the sub par work

We purchased new gutters from GutterDome of NC January 2014. The salesman was excellent. The quality of the gutterdome covers was good. The gutters themselves are poor quality. They sent one technician to install gutters on our entire home, which in my opinion is a safety risk. These are not seamless gutters and they leak at the seams. When we requested service, the person that responded made clear he was unhappy about having to travel a distance to my home. Despite his repair, my gutters continue to leak. I have forwarded a diagram noting where the leaks are over 2 weeks ago now and was told that they would send someone to my home again to make repairs but have not yet been told when this would occur. The product is expensive and has a lifetime warranty. I would not purchase this product again. It would have been much better to get a basic gutter and just hire someone for periodic gutter cleaning. If they would simply come out and fix my leaky gutters, I would be happy to update my review. Until then, I am stuck with expensive leaky gutters and would not recommend this product to anyone.
