Extremely good Phở. Good menu. Full but also not to many choices. They also have a nice tea menu as well. The owner was very courteous. I ordered the Udon dumpling soup which was delicious. I admit I’m not an expert in Phở but it was good nonetheless. The dumpling was the run of the mill pork dumpling that comes in asian restaurants but it was cooked correctly and still tasted great. The meal is served with a side of Jalapeño, cilantro, onions, lime, and daikon. For under 10 $ you get a very large bowl and like I said earlier, IT’S delicious! Definitely try it!

I work at the Southpoint Mall and decided to stop by and try out some Phở. The staff was very friendly, the food was great, and it is very reasonably priced. I have gone several times and I will be back.

Great Phở, especially for the price. Fresh veggies and great broth. I don’t add meat, so I can’t talk about that. Best food court food and dependable

upon going to the kiosk, I was not greeted by the employee working. The employee continued to talk on the cell phone throughout the duration of me placing my order and continued on the cell phone while making my milk tea. There was no customer service what so ever during my entire order. The employee handed my the bubble tea and did not say thank you upon the completion of my order. I hope the management is able to address this employees lack of customer service

I know very little about phở, but I thought the beef phở here was lovely. It was bright and fresh. Plenty of meat and noodles with a bowl of mung bean sprouts, cilantro, jalapeño and two lime wedges. I really enjoyed the broth. The portion was amazing and I ended up feeding a bunch of it to my husband who raved about it and said he wished he’d gotten it instead of the sandwich he bought.

Satisfaction for less than 7 dollars? Yessir, with a savory broth and generous portions this is the right place to find happiness 5 miles around. Good selection of Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese noodles, good slushed and bubble tea. Your weekend is here.

This is our go-to place to eat at the mall. It is filling, fast, delicious and HEALTHY. How many eateries in the mall fits all four criteria? They’ve also improved the side veggie and herb condiments that come with phở to include basil, cilantro, jalepeno slices, fresh bean sprouts and couple wedges of lime. Their fresh spring rolls are good and their boba teas are refreshing.

Weak phở. Weak bubble tea. Weak flavor. Weak everything. But STRONG pricing. Tiny location at food court. Expensive food for no flavor phở. Definitely something that is instant phở quality.

It’s food court food, I don’t expect much. Also Vietnamese phở, the awesome kind that simmers for hours and hours until the house smells like onions and anise, should not and nor would it be expected to be here. Still, for a quick, atypical food court bite, Pholicious provides. The beef phở was pretty good, albeit a little salty. Its hot and, surprisingly, they provide a lime wedge, fresh jalapeño pepper, mung bean sprouts, and a shoot of basil. A squeeze of lime, dump the veggie mix in directly into the broth along with some Sriracha, give it a swirl, and then dig in. You don’t have to eat the jalapeño by the way, it’s just to brighten the broth but not to consume unless you’re a chili head. There are premade Vietnamese spring rolls. I haven’t tried them but to some reviewers who are commenting that it would’ve been preferred if they were fresh, it’s not unusual for actual Vietnamese shops to have premade ones ready for one to grab. Still, they look like they’re properly Saran wrapped, so they should still be good. You literally cannot mess up spring rolls. Remember to liberally dip the rolls into the accompanying sauce. The bobba tea is way sweeter than I anticipated. The Thai tea could’ve been a creamer for my coffee. Conclusion: Try it! Pholicious is a tame introduction to Vietnamese food and a welcome addition to the Southpoint food court.

I saw this phở kiosk and got excited to see that they sold phở! Although I didn’t get to try the phở here, I did try their bubble teas. I got the lychee bubble tea and it was way too sweet for my taste. I was disappointed that they didn’t blend fresh lychee, but used powder instead. The employee, or perhaps he was the owner, was very friendly and kind. I want to come back and try their phở it Bahnmi sandwiches. But I will never get their bubble teas again.

My wife and I have eaten here a number of times and it is the best phở we’ve found in the triangle area thus far. … I order the beef every time and basically don’t stop eating till its gone! If you know what phở is and moved here their beef phở is the closest thing to authentic phở around. so, now, the details: 1) for the price it is the best phở around. Period. 2) the beef phở is the highest quality over the chicken and veggie varieties. The chicken wasn’t seasoned or cooked very well and the broth for the veggie had more of a miso taste than traditional phở broth. 3) the boba tea is delicious 4) … get the beef phở for the closest thing to traditional phở. 5) the sauce is great 6) enjoy NOTE: if you’ve never had phở before, you are supposed to add the herbs, bean sprouts, and jalapeños(if you like spicy food) as soon as you sit down. They steep in the broth and are essential to good phở. The longer they steep the stronger, and better the phở.

This is based on my first(and probably last) time eating at this restaurant/food stand in the Southpoint food court. I ordered one large beef phở bowl and one Thai Boba Tea(which you can get for $ 1,99 if you order any phở bowl — otherwise it is $ 3.99…yikes!!). When they handed my the bowl of phở, the broth looked clear(like water), and the beef had pepper on it(these were my first suspicions, but I thought to myself that it might still be good). When I tasted the broth, it was completely watered down and barely had the phở flavor at all. There was nothing, no flavor. nothing. I pretty much paid $ 8 for hot water. The beef was also dry and flavorless. At least the veggies(sprouts, basil, etc) were fresh, but not enough to make up for the horrible broth. I was very embarrassed that they were even calling it phở as it is a major insult to Vietnamese food. Next, I tried the Thai Boba Tea, hoping that this would at least make up for the horrid phở broth. To my utter disappointment, the Boba tea was just as bad. It was pure sugar water. There was no tea flavor whatsoever. At least it was only $ 1.99 for that sugar water, but if I had paid $ 3.99, I would have been highly annoyed. My other complaint is that they fill the cup with ice so that in the end, you are really only getting maybe half a cup of actual Thai tea. I guess the next time that I want good phở, I will drive to ‘Taste’ in Morrisville and the next time that I want Thai tea, I will drive to The Grand Asia market in Cary, but Pholicious will never see me again.

Was excited for the 1st try. But it’s really not that good. The spring roll is hard to chew. The soup is full of sodium. Spend couple more dollars and get a better Phở in a real restaurant please. I didn’t even bring up the Mexican workers. Come on, just for one time, can any Asian restaurant stop hiring Mexicans???

I’m not going to lie, I was so excited to see a phở kiosk open in Southpoint Mall. I thought that making a good quality phở required larger facilities since the broth has to be prepared and simmered for so long and a lot of meats and vegetables have to e kept fresh. I guess that’s also why I was so surprised to see a phở kiosk in the first place. And after seeing Pholicious, I say A for effort, but phở should be reserved for an actual storefront. I tried the seafood phở, and my friend had the beef phở with beef balls. The broth is pretty tasty — not too sweet and still very flavorful. The condiments that come with the phở(bean sprouts, lime, & basil), didn’t taste the freshest, and the meat isn’t as fresh as it could be either. My friend described the phở as ramen quality phở with an updated broth. Pholicious satisfies a phở craving but definitely is not the best phở that I’ve had. The serving sizes are relatively small since the phở is all served in disposable cups(similar to the size of a self-serve frozen yogurt cup) rather than ceramic bowls. So don’t be fooled by the low and enticing prices because the serving sizes are much smaller. One day, I really had a Vietnamese summer roll craving and was seriously contemplating buying them from Pholicious, but one look at the quality and the price turned me away. The summer rolls are premade and prepackaged. They cost $ 4+ for just two summer rolls… you’d be better off buying fresh ingredients and making your own. I’ve tried the thai bubble tea as well, and honestly, it’s pretty mediocre. All of the bubble teas are made with powder, and the thai tea powder that they chose just happened to be much too sweet for my tastes. Maybe the other flavors are worth a try, but I probably won’t be ordering the bubble tea here since there are much better choices for drinks in the area. TLDR: Good because of the location and the flavor of the broth, but pretty mediocre otherwise. You’d be better off driving a bit to get to an actual phở restaurant.

Not bad for food-court food. The food well justifies the price. I will suggest to get the regular portion instead of the big one so you can enjoy the spring roll, which is surprisingly good. The phở itself is just OK. It’s pre-made and tastes like pre-made food. However, compared to other greasy food nearby, this is a much better option. In case you can’t find it, it’s actually in the middle of the food-court, not on the side.

Compare their phở to an actual restaurant and it really isn’t even competition. A little stand in a mall can’t possibly compare. But take this for what it is(fast phở) and hey, not half bad. If you’re shopping it’s a great food court option. And the Thai bubble tea’s not too shabby either. The bowls don’t come with any basil or other herbs which would be really nice, but oh well. The broth could stand to have more flavor, its nowhere as rich and fatty as a 4 – 5 star phở place would have. You pay upfront for the bowl you want. All condiments are by the register.

I think it’s cool that Pholicious exist. They are in the Southpoint Mall food court area and are more of a stand than anything else(Kind of like Dippin Dots is a stand). Anyway I tried their beef phở(medium). It was ok, but not the best Phở I have tried in the area. The broth was a little watery, and lacked the flavor I have had at Phở restaurants. It seemed to lack the cinnamon flavor with the star anise. I didn’t try anything else, but the choices are limited compared to a full service Vietnamese restaurant since they are in a food court. If you are doing some shoppin’ and get a hankering for some Phở then Pholicious now offers a good option for you.

Best phở in the area. Broth and noodles are both good. Highly recommended. Owners were great.
