I have lived at Pine Ridge for almost a year now and I can honestly say this has been one of the best places we’ve lived at. We have a 3 bedroom townhouse right near the pool, the parking can be a pain occasionally, but the location and the townhouse is awesome. For the space(1600+ sq ft) we couldn’t find anything close to the price we pay per month around $ 1100. The office is nice to speak with and takes concerns seriously. When we originally moved, we had to go on a waitlist, but well worth the wait for the size, price and location! We even were concerned with not being approved for the credit check, and came back just fine! Check them out, you’ll like being so close to South Point & I-40!

I’ve lived in quite a few apartments, for better or for worse. I’ve dealt with all the joys and woes of home non-ownership at various locations. Of all the communities I’ve inhabited, I have to say that Pine Ridge was one of the best. A couple of years ago, I lived in a two-story townhome with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Including washer and dryer, water/sewer/trash, the rent was just over $ 800 — less than my friends were paying for a one-bedroom apartment nearby. The unit had tile floor in the kitchen, a fireplace and built-in bookshelves, and a nice patio with utility storage out back. The units were a little dated, but in very good shape. Parking was a little bit of a hassle sometimes, but rarely was I unable to find a close spot. The leasing staff, in a rare departure from the norm, was very helpful and always eager to correct any issues. I never once had a problem that wasn’t resolved quickly and satisfactorily. The amenities were pretty standard, with a good-sized swimming pool and fitness center that was well-appointed if a little small. But the best amenity at Pine Ridge is, of course, the location! It’s convenient to Southpoint and the surrounding stores, restaurants, and bars. When you want to leave the area, I-40 is just a couple of stoplights away. When it comes to apartment living, you will be hard pressed to find a better value in the Southpoint area. Go ahead, try. And when you find out I’m right, give Pine Ridge a call and think about making it your new home.
