I have ordered from this Hut before, if you order just get carry out service. Do not ask them to deliver because they apparently do not have delivery drivers. The walk in is acceptable, but DONOT try to add anything additional to your order. That’s when the glitch in the Matrix appears. 3+ times, I have gotten barely coated wings and the pizza sometimes dry.

If you want to see something comical, walk into this place on a Friday night and just watch. Don’t worry, they won’t tell you you need to order anything… Because they won’t greet you… Ever. It was comical to see how bad this place was ran… The only reason I walked in here was because I placed an order online at 7:45 — and clicked deliver ASAP — I was told it would be 10:45 as my delivery time– I then called up– around 15 times– and finally got in touch with someone and told them I would rather pick up my pizza since the wait was ridiculous– I was told that would be fine, and then was hung up on. Upon arriving at the restaurant, the phone was ringing off the hook, with not a single person seeming to care. The manager was the one taking orders, however after every other guest, he decided it would be a good idea to take a personal call on his cell phone multiple times. I honestly started feeling bad for the regional Manager — and decided not to voice a complaint to his email which was posted. Just know if you eat at this place, it is an absolute zoo trying to get your food. This was by far some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen… I didn’t expect them to be perfect, I didn’t even expect them to be good, but in the end it was nonexistent. I have always been a Pizza Hut fan over the other franchises — even though my wife hates it… I guess I’m switching to after this place has messed up yet again

I had the ABSOLUTEWORSTSERVICE this evening. Look, it’s Pizza Hut and things get messed up(I typically have to call about 3 out of 5 orders being wrong), and I recognize that their location must be slammed since it typically takes an average of an hour and a half for pizzas to arrive. Unfortunately they are the only company that delivers to my location, so I generally suck it up. Hey, if the pizza is messed up they typically offer me a store credit, so I don’t stress about it too much. Tonight I was partially using just such a credit(my orders are always over the $ 25 they can offer, so it is really just a discount). After my 4 topping stuffed crust came as a hand tossed plain cheese I called and the manager, Malik, apologized, saying he would make a new one and send it out. It was 8:06, but I figured maybe we could wait. At 9:36 I called back and he said that it was just coming out of the oven and he would be sending it right now. I was pretty upset as this was supposed to be a replacement order, not just to be added to the queue as normal. He got very defensive and I asked for the contact information for the next level up, since it seemed like there seemed to be a systemic issue at this store location since I regularly have issues with the pizzas being correct and now this customer service problem. He said that corporate would be able to look and see that they had been running two hours for orders all night. I asked again who I should contact. He legitimately said«I don’t have the number for corporate but you could probably just Google it.» I asked him for his general manager’s name(Lisa) and I hope to heavens that my conversation with her goes better tomorrow than my experience tonight. It is unbelievable that an attitude like that would work in management even at a Pizza Hut. No wonder this location has issues if that is the employee they promote and the training they provide. Oh, and it is now 10:30 and still no pizza. I guess I should just give up waiting…

I would steer clear of this location if possible. I placed an order on line last night and it said it would be 30 minutes. An hour and a half later I called the location and was told the on line time isn’t true to what the store time is. After being on the phone with them for 15 minutes to try and locate our pizzas, I asked to speak to a manager, who was too busy to talk. I asked them to void my order and I would call someone else who could deliver my pizzas to me. I was told a manager would call me. That never happened. At 8:30 last night our doorbell rang and it was our pizzas. I placed the order at 4:30. I called the store to make sure I wasn’t being charged and was told it was ordered. This location always seems to be short staffed and no one really taking control of situations. Avoid if can.

Update: I don’t even know why I tried them again. But I was craving breadsticks and didn’t feel like driving. You would think if your food takes nearly an hour to arrive, it would at least be somewhat warm. Definitely not the case with this business. Everything arrived cold. If you’re going to try them, order online. I tried ordering by phone and was still waiting to place my order 15 minutes later. I knew the people working there are being paid minimal wages but I get better service from the Burger King right in front of them. I don’t think I’m expecting much by wanting my food to be warm or have all of it arrive/not be charged for things that never arrived.

Probably one of the worst places to order pizza. Pick up orders are awful. It took me 5 minutes to order two large pizzas a a breadstick. The person on the phone doesn’t know the menu, could hardly understand him and had to ask him to repeat what he was saying multiple times. I would not order from here unless I absolutely had to because ordering is such a pain and pick up always seems chaotic and disorganized.

Ordered using new app. Said I would receive by 8:12 p.m. called multiple times at 8:30 no answer. Pizza arrives at 8:45 smh!!!

It is called Cheese Sticks not Specks of Cheese Sticks. I continue to give them a chance, hoping to receive the blanketed Cheese Sticks I received years ago. I give up.

It’s Pizza Hut. They have pizza. It’s a chain. It’s going to taste like chain pizza. But I got no problems with it. It’s no Mellow Mushroom but the food’s good, fast, and horrible for you. Been here 6 times or so with no issues. The service was good for me but these folks make minimum wage. People need to stop expecting crazy good customer service.

Worst customer and delivery service ever! I ordered my food @824 pm and by 1030 pm still no food. Called to cancel and was not offered any type of apology. Now its 1040pm and guess who’s here… the driver. I advised him that I cancelled and he didn’t offer any kind of apology either. Thats why I love dominos… I would eat little caesars before i ever order from this pizza hut again!

Delivery service is poor and slow. Only reason I am giving 2 stars is because everything else is done fairly well. I rarely have them deliver because I live only about a half mile away, but sometimes pickup isn’t an option when you have guests. Unfortunately, the wait time for delivery the two times I have used that service here has been well over 2 hours without any acknowledgment from management. Each time we would call to check after an hour and they would always respond that they are on the way, but in reality it was well more than an additional hour before anyone arrived. Guess that half mile is a little longer than it looks.

As far as pizza huts go this place is great. The managers are really nice, I always see high schools doing carwash fundraisers here, so the must be generous enough to let them use their water to do that.

Delivery took way longer than it should have(longer than an hour). When the guy finally delivered the food, the pizza was lukewarm and the box was bent. I had to reheat the pizza and wings before even taking a bite. What’s worse is that I ordered(and paid for) extra dipping sauces. When I realized that they were not included in my delivery the driver brushed it off with a «you’ll have to take it up with the store» and drove off. Haven’t had Pizza Hut in a LONG time and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately the experience was nowhere near what it should have been. This location won’t be getting my business again.

This is the first time in a long time that I had ordered in without getting buffet. The wait was a little longer than I anticipated. But it’s very clean in this restaurant. They remodeled it not long ago. The pizza came after about 10 mins. It is very good. I got a medium beef, mushroom and red onion pizza. I’m off my diet today. Oh what the heck. It’s Labor Day weekend!

We ordered a take-out online and it was ready when I arrived and before promised. Pizza Hut now shows you the pizza when you carry out so you know you have the right order. I have never been a big fan of PH but this one is close to home and we wanted to try. I was pleasantly surprised with our hand tossed super supreme. The toppings were generous and chunky. The crust tasted fresh and seasoned. I believe we will be using this PH again.
