I’ve ordered numerous times-​provided flowers for our wedding-​amazing! Ordered Valentine’s Day roses and due to sub-​zero temps were able to deliver on time and in perfect shape I called ahead and they took care of it. Amazing customer service! No hesitation recommending.

I have ordered from Red Carpet twice in the past 8 months. Both times they have exceeded my expectations! The flowers were beautiful fresh and very long lasting!
I ordered by phone and online and both times the bouquets were delivered to my daughters dorm mail room within two hours of placing the order! Amazing service!

After having two bad experiences with the florist I will not be using them again:
In November 2014 I ordered the «Florists Choice» arrangement. I paid $ 65 for the arrangement and had high expectations as far as creativity since by purchasing this you are basically asking the florist to «surprise you.» The arrangement was mediocre, it was fall themed, but nothing very special. I was horrified when I realized the filler flower they had used in this arrangement was carnations. I didn’t expect carnations in their «deluxe florists choice» arrangement. The flowers lasted about 2 weeks, which seems normal.
In February 2015 I received a Valentines Day arrangement from this company. The arrangement I received was a «one-​sided arrangement» which was not specified when the buyer ordered this online. Essentially this meant only one side of the arrangement was meant to be pretty. The flowers smelled great, however, the arrangement was not full at all and I actually had to re-​arrange the flowers when I got them so that they looked halfway decent. (Even as a «one-​sided arrangement») I called to let them know I was not satisfied and they offered to come back and get the flowers and fix them. I declined, as I didn’t have time during my busy work day to go back and forth with a florist, but I was hugely disappointed that a professional florist would allow such a pathetic arrangement to leave their shop. The flowers were almost all dead in about 2 days even though they supposedly had a 7 day guarantee.
Moral of the story, next time I’ll be going back to using my longtime trusted florist in Rochester.

They were very helpful when I was a young buck trying to buy flowers for a date to a very important event. Being a guy, I didn’t know much about buying flowers as gifts but they filled the hole with their expert knowledge of decorative flowers. Thanks!
