Sears Optical

I’ve went to different sears optical stores numerous times and have never had an issue. Took two weeks to get in to see this doctor at this store and I arrive to a couple employees telling us how they’ve been trying to call us but the appointment was cancelled… Call what number??? How about the number we have given them when we set the appt. up? Or the number I should have on file from last year? How do you not have our number? I left work early for this appointment. Perhaps you don’t value an hourly wage but I certainly do. Then to shrug it off like it’s out fault our numbers been changed. She said she had three different numbers… My wife and my phone numbers have been unaltered for over ten years. I highly doubt anyone tried to call. I understand mistakes can be made, but time is money and this one cost me a good penny. Thanks allot sears optical, you have seen the last of my business. This was an amateur mistake on your part, I thought I was scheduling an appointment with professionals.
